About The Position
In this role, you will support lab, office, and GMP facility operations in a fast-paced biotech environment. You will be responsible for maintaining building systems, responding to maintenance requests, supporting utilities, and ensuring smooth facility operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of facilities maintenance experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, building utilities, and maintenance systems
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, GMP, or lab environments preferred
- Experience with CMMS/BMS systems such as Siemens Desigo preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Support building utilities and lab operations
- Respond to work orders and facility alarms
- Maintain maintenance logs and CMMS documentation
- Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers
- Support GMP and laboratory environments
