Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, this role is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, custodial, and landscaping. The position also involves managing and tracking work orders, responding to facility alarms, assisting with moves, completing daily assignments, performing meeting setups and breakdowns, ordering supplies, conducting inventory, performing van inspections, conducting fire drills, and complying with all safety procedures. This is a part-time position with some travel potentially required.
