About The Position

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for maintenance and repair? Join our team as a Facilities Technician Lead and play a vital role in keeping our facilities safe, efficient, and running smoothly!

Requirements

• Technical training or certification in facility maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver’s License (travel between locations required).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on-call shifts, and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for repairs, maintenance, and facility upkeep.
• Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and more.
• Respond to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems (lighting, security, fire safety).
• Oversee vendor repairs and facility improvement projects.
• Work with the Health & Safety Team to ensure top-notch environmental standards.
• Work independently & as part of a team in a supportive environment.
• Play a key role in creating safe, efficient, and welcoming spaces.
