Step into a leadership role that keeps the Kroc Center running at its best. The Facility Lead plays a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest and employee. From leading housekeeping operations to coordinating event setups and supporting daily facility needs, this position is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to the heartbeat of the Center. The role supervises custodial and building services staff, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for all guests and employees. Responsibilities include daily housekeeping management, staff scheduling and training, event setup and teardown, minor maintenance tasks, and outdoor upkeep. This full-time (40 hour/week) role requires the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays and will be part of a weekend opening rotation. The pay rate is $18-$20/hour.
