About The Position

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for maintenance and repair? Join our team as a Facilities Technician Lead and play a vital role in keeping our facilities safe, efficient, and running smoothly! This role involves assisting various locations as the go-to expert for repairs, maintenance, and facility upkeep. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, responding to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. The position also includes conducting routine inspections of building systems (lighting, security, fire safety), overseeing vendor repairs and facility improvement projects, and working with the Health & Safety Team to ensure top-notch environmental standards. Daily travel between locations is required, working independently and as part of a team in a supportive environment to create safe, efficient, and welcoming spaces.

Requirements

  • Technical training or certification in facility maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License (travel between locations required).
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on-call shifts, and respond to emergencies.
  • Pre-employment drug screening and successful completion of a criminal history background check is required.
