University Housing Facilities is looking for Facilities Technicians II to join our Team! Our Facilities Technicians II staff provide levels of service in the areas of grounds, trades, and/or maintenance for residents and guests. The primary function of the positions is for direct service requests in occupied residential spaces and for the ongoing repair/project work between occupancies related to upkeep of our residential and community spaces. Additionally, these positions are responsible for maintaining the safety and esthetics of 86 acres including greenspace, recreation areas, parking lots, roadways and 7 miles of sidewalks. They provide tree maintenance and monitor the health and safety of our trees to minimize property damage and risks to residents. In the winter, this team maintains all roadways, parking lots and sidewalks to ensure safe passage for residents. These positions are key to maintaining acceptable service standards for those who call University Housing home.
