About The Position

Maintains overall integrity of the facility and outbuildings. Duties may include repair, maintenance or new construction involving plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, concrete, or HVAC equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • One to three years related experience.
  • Adequate email skills to communicate with company management and complete work orders.
  • Must possess valid California Driver's License.
  • Basic knowledge in the use of power tools required to effectively maintain the overall integrity of the facility and outbuildings.

Responsibilities

  • Performs tasks as assigned.
  • Assures quality guest service to patrons during scheduled shift.
  • Adheres to all company Policies and Procedures.
  • Communicates any observed departmental problems to supervisor.
  • Maintain and repair equipment and buildings by performing a variety of semi-skilled electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning and mechanical repair work.
  • Repair and replace plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, faucets and pipes; clear obstructions from lines.
  • Perform basic carpentry work including repairing of cabinets, partitions, walls, windows, doors.
  • Inspect building facilities to identify building maintenance needs and safety issues.
  • Maintain and repair a variety of floor coverings such as carpeting, tile, VCT and wood.
  • Operate, maintain and repair a variety of mechanical tools and equipment such as power saws, power sanders, drills, air compressors, sewer augers, and various hand tools required for basic electrical, basic plumbing, and maintenance work.
  • Grounds maintenance activities.
  • Repair and maintain electrical lighting systems and fixtures.
  • Monitor and maintain preventive maintenance records and logs.
  • Performs custodial duties.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.
