Facilities Technician A will support daily trash and recycling removal operations across the facility while assisting with general facilities support and site operations. This position ensures the safe and efficient handling of waste management, recycling services, and material movement throughout the facility while maintaining compliance with environmental, safety, and operational standards. The Facilities Technician A is responsible for supporting daily facility operations by performing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and general support duties to ensure the site remains safe, functional, and operational. This position provides resources and services that support business needs, customer requests, and overall facility efficiency. The role includes performing additional duties such as hanging whiteboards, installing signage and banners, completing office setups, and providing other miscellaneous facilities to support tasks as needed throughout the site. The technician is responsible for completing assigned facilities work orders for repairs, service requests, and operational support in a timely and professional manner. This includes addressing maintenance requests, supporting building operations, and ensuring work is completed in accordance with company standards. Preventive maintenance work orders are a key responsibility of this role to ensure facility systems, equipment, and building operations remain functional, safe, and compliant. The technician will assist in maintaining building reliability through scheduled inspections, routine maintenance, and corrective actions when needed. Provide professional customer service while representing the facilities organization. Support additional site operational needs as assigned. Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
