As a Facilities Systems Operator, you’ll be the go‑to connector—answering inbound calls, dispatching engineers, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Dispatch experience
- 6+ Months of Prior Administrative experience
- Availability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls concerning maintenance and repairs needed on property and at off-site locations
- Input call details into computer system (e.g. HotSOS)
- Assign work to Engineering employees
- Respond to life safety system and fire alarm panel, locates area of alarm and dispatches it to Engineering personnel to take action
- Record all personnel call-ins and forwards to appropriate staff
- Maintain dispatch log of all activities performed throughout the day
- Maintain an accurate accounting of time and activities in emergency situations
