About The Position
Maddox PRO is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities Support team member to help maintain clean, welcoming, and well-kept spaces across our Battle Ground campus. This role is essential to keeping our workspaces and client-facing areas clean, safe, and functional. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in creating a hospitable environment for our employees and guests.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Valid driver’s license required for travel between sites
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work before or after normal business hours to avoid disrupting operations
Responsibilities
- Perform daily janitorial duties at multiple Maddox buildings (offices, retail, and Airbnb spaces)
- Indoor and outdoor cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Clean and restock restrooms, and respond to cleaning needs throughout the day
- Assist with setup and teardown for company events
- Support seasonal deep-cleaning projects
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
