About The Position
The Martin County Board of County Commissioners is hiring a Facilities Superintendent to join the General Services Department in Martin County, FL. This role is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and construction of commercial building systems, with a supervisory capacity. Requirements
- Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Construction or Maintenance Management, Building Technology, Mechanics, Electronics, Business/Public Administration or related field.
- Five (5) years’ experience in the field repair, maintenance, and construction of commercial building systems.
- Two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the repair, maintenance, and construction of commercial building systems.
- Supervise staff in the Facilities department.
