Facilities Specialist - Carpentry

About The Position

The Facilities Specialist - Carpentry performs routine and non-routine maintenance duties, assists with projects and emergent repairs, and completes or supports carpentry work. Most of the role involves construction, drywall, and carpentry projects, including internal construction projects of varying size and scope. The position requires working independently and as part of a team, using power tools, maintaining supplies inventory and outside grounds, and providing general assistance to the supervisor. The specialist communicates with client staff and conducts work safely and efficiently. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least one year of experience in general maintenance.
Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities
