The Facilities Specialist provides assistance and support by maintaining work orders, preventative maintenance systems, door security systems, ID badge system, signage, inventories, policy and procedure manuals, files and records. This position coordinates calls, appointments and meetings for the department; generates maintenance and prepares periodic reports. This position is key in the coordination of the department.
