Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of one year of experience in general maintenance
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Learn and perform new duties with minimal guidance
  • Assist with projects and respond to emergent repairs.
  • Perform routine and non-routine duties independently
  • Diagnose problems and suggest possible solutions
  • Keep abreast of current developments and trends in professional area
  • Understand technical knowledge or skills not easily or quickly learned on the job
  • Use power tools to complete tasks and projects
  • Complete and/or assist with basic to mediocre carpentry projects
  • Maintain inventory of supplies
  • Maintain outside grounds
  • Give general assistance to supervisor
  • Assist with processes related to recycling and general trash removal
  • Effectively use Maintenance Connection for work orders
  • Communicates effectively with client staff members
  • Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned
