About The Position

The OHH Facilities Specialist performs all work with accord to the mission, vision, and values of the Oklahoma Heart Hospital. Under general supervision responsible for ensuring that buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained and fuctioning properly. On a day-to-day basis, represents Oklahoma Heart Hospital (“OHH”) Facility Services to all outlying clinics. Provide maintenance and oversight of all OHH/Oklahoma Heart Hospital Physicians (“OHHP”)/OHH South (Shawnee) off site locations. Troubleshoots and performs repairs or may coordinate maintenance and construction with outside contractors with approval by Director. Assures assigned projects meet schedule, budget and any other criteria assigned by Manager and/or Director. Works directly with Trade Partners to develop and oversee approved project schedule and budget both internal and external projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Five (5) to Ten (10) years of Healthcare Facility Management required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints required.
  • Knowledge of hospital’s management and utility systems management.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, local and regulatory agency laws, regulations, and standards preferred.
