About The Position

As a Facility Specialist, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations concerning the facilities of multiple Ophthalmology and Optometry practices, aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will ensure that equipment and facilities are utilized efficiently and kept in top condition.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a work van
  • Familiar with painting
  • Able to lift or transport up to 75 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in maintenance practices and procedures
  • HVAC and light electrical work experience

Responsibilities

  • Liaison to fire, generator and HVAC vendors
  • Minor vehicle maintenance
  • Painting
  • Vacuuming
  • Trash disposal
  • Landscaping
  • Snow removal
  • Lamp/bulb changes
  • Hang pictures and cabinets
  • Furniture assembly
  • Move and store furniture and equipment
