About The Position
As a Facility Specialist, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations concerning the facilities of multiple Ophthalmology and Optometry practices, aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will ensure that equipment and facilities are utilized efficiently and kept in top condition.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a work van
- Familiar with painting
- Able to lift or transport up to 75 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Expertise in maintenance practices and procedures
- HVAC and light electrical work experience
Responsibilities
- Liaison to fire, generator and HVAC vendors
- Minor vehicle maintenance
- Painting
- Vacuuming
- Trash disposal
- Landscaping
- Snow removal
- Lamp/bulb changes
- Hang pictures and cabinets
- Furniture assembly
- Move and store furniture and equipment
