Requirements
- Understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Proficiency using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment like multimeters.
- Knowledge of OSHA, building codes, and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and MS Office.
- Developed analytical skills and application of scientific methods.
- Good understanding of how the team integrates with others.
- Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
- Uses communication skills to exchange of information.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair building systems.
- Perform HVAC maintenance.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting.
- Perform plumbing repair.
- Proficiency with hand/power tools.
- Ensure occupant comfort through HVAC systems.
- Repair motors, pumps, and machinery.
- Replace switches and outlets.
- Diagnose electrical issues.
- Read electrical schematics.
- Repair leaks.
- Unclog drains.
- Maintain plumbing fixtures.
- Perform drywall repair.
- Perform painting.
- Perform carpentry.
- Perform building hardware repairs.
- Track work orders using CMMS and MS Office.
- Diagnose issues and implement solutions, often in emergency situations.
- Prioritize multiple repair requests efficiently.
- Interact professionally with building occupants and tenants.
- Handle varied tasks.
- Work on-call for emergencies.
