About The Position
The Facilities Site Supervisor supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and support of the Nation's Facilities, HVAC and Mechanical systems. Oversees staff and contractors installing and maintaining building systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry and HVAC. Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects. Additionally, the Facilities Site Supervisor maintains a safe and effective work environment that complies with the Nations policies and laws.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license free of occupational restrictions.
- Must be insurable with the Nation's insurance carrier.
- Three years of management/supervisory experience.
- Four years' HVAC Experience.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Must possess or have the ability to acquire HVAC universal card/ CPO certifications within 1 year of hire.
