About The Position

Retlif Testing Laboratories is hiring a full-time Facilities, Shipping and Receiving Clerk for its Ronkonkoma, New York laboratory. The role supports shipping, receiving, and facilities maintenance functions at company headquarters. The position is in the Shipping department and pays $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility to overlap into evening shifts, overnight stays as needed, and overtime possible depending on customer needs.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma.
Experience with UPS and Federal Express shipping procedures and forms.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old to operate a box truck.
Box truck driving experience.
Must have a background that would permit the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret Clearance, including U.S. citizenship.
Ability to lift, bend, climb, and twist.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Organized and attentive to detail, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Licensed forklift truck operator certification.
Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
