About The Position
Sisters of the Humility of Mary are seeking a full-time Facilities Services Manager to oversee the daily assignments and operations of the maintenance department. Requirements
- Minimum of five years of supervisory experience.
- High school diploma, GED, or post-secondary certificate.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, assist with, and schedule the daily work of maintenance personnel to ensure productivity and quality.
- Operate and troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with on-campus contractors.
- Promote safe work practices.
- Train and orient staff.
- Collaborate on preventive maintenance programs.
- Assist with purchasing parts and supplies.
- Maintain department records.
- Prepare and implement operating and capital budgets.
- Complete employee performance evaluations.
- Support the Director of Facilities Management with overall department operations and planning.
- Assume the Director's duties in their absence.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency conditions and maintain critical operations.
