About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in a technical field preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or operations
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with leadership
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be needed

Responsibilities

  • Conducting regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
  • Overseeing external vendors and contractors performing repairs and maintenance
  • Managing and prioritizing work order requests to ensure timely completion
  • Supporting space planning initiatives and office relocations
  • Maintaining inventory of facility supplies and equipment
  • Participating in emergency preparedness activities including fire drills
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Serving as the primary contact for employee facility concerns
  • Creating and maintaining detailed facility documentation and reports
