About The Position

This position leads hotel engineering, facilities, and maintenance-related capital projects across our portfolio. You will work closely with property engineering teams on renovations, equipment upgrades, and building systems, not software implementations. Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing facilities, construction, or maintenance-related projects (hotels, commercial buildings, or similar environments)
Hands-on knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and industry standards
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead facilities and maintenance-related projects including renovations, equipment replacements, and building system upgrades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Plan, schedule, conduct, and oversee engineering work to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and accepted engineering practices
Facilitate effective communication and coordination across all disciplines and project stakeholders
Ensure projects meet building codes, safety regulations, and hospitality brand standards
Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to established standards
Oversee project financials, including accurate invoicing and receivables tracking
Partner with hotel engineering teams and vendors to execute on-site projects
