About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators. The Facilities Project Manager will manage a staff of employees in the maintenance of buildings and grounds, and oversee contractors for facility renovation projects. This position requires a wide degree of creativity and latitude, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in the field.
