The Huntington is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to provide project management services for facilities-related projects supporting operational needs across the institution. This role focuses on the coordination and delivery of large repair projects, small to mid-size renovations, and major technical or infrastructure upgrades. The Facilities Project Manager will manage projects typically ranging from approximately $10K to $2M+, including building system repairs, interior renovations, space reconfigurations, deferred maintenance, and upgrades to critical infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, life safety, and other technical systems). This role works closely with internal stakeholders across all divisions, as well as external consultants, contractors, and vendors, to define project requirements, coordinate execution, and ensure successful delivery. The position reports to the Associate Director of Facilities with a dotted line to the Capital Programs Senior Project Manager. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong coordination and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and a collaborative approach aligned with an institutional culture that values collegiality, trust, and transparency. S/he/they will demonstrate a background of working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, geographic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, using a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible approach. This is a limited-term position, currently budgeted for one year.
