SAIC is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to join their team in Springfield, VA. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. The position is responsible for providing project and programmatic management expertise for the coordination, planning, and work prioritization of assigned projects for the Client, ranging in value from $200K to $50M or more. The role serves as an interface between the government facilities management organization, design and construction contractors, Site Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contractor, local utilities, and all other customers and stakeholders on matters related to customer requirements, project prioritization, and execution. Responsibilities include overseeing the five phases of the project life cycle: requirements development, programming, design, construction, and closeout. The Facilities Project Manager will oversee and manage tasks and functions related to the Client’s overall facilities operations, with key focus areas including Facilities Recapitalization, Long-term, strategic planning, Advocacy and justification for budget and corporate prioritization, Monitoring and Documentation of Critical Infrastructure, and Design and construction oversight.
