About The Position

Daisy is a tech-driven residential property management company on a mission to improve the way people live by transforming how buildings run. We are an AI-native service company that serves condo, co-op, and HOA boards — a complex, multi-stakeholder customer - and wins by rebuilding property management from the ground up for the modern age. Daisy is the 8th largest and the fastest growing management company in NYC, has already expanded to NJ, and is expanding into additional markets. We’ve grown quickly, largely through organic demand and referrals, and are now focused on tightening and scaling our sales motion. We’re hiring a Facilities Portfolio Manager to lead operational performance across a portfolio of condo, co-op, and HOA communities. You’ll be the senior point of accountability for building operations, vendor execution, escalations, and board confidence across your portfolio. You’ll work directly with board members, supers, contractors, and internal teams to solve problems quickly, improve building performance, and create a consistently high standard of service. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines operational judgment, executive presence, and a bias for action.
