About The Position

In this role, you will: Work construction, machine move, and facilities upgrade projects across component manufacturing site. Essential Responsibilities Work with minimal direction to complete site projects across multiple plants. Write statements of work for construction projects Assure projects meet code and are validated properly Develop instructions for common tasks associated with projects. Supply staff with equipment and material to complete work tasts. Coordinate both internal and external labor to complete projects on time Meet with business customers and balance multiple projects Establish communication methods with customers. Establish TPM and 5s Plans for new projects Perform other related duties as require

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college OR Associate degree with a minimum of 2 years in construction/project experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in shop mathematic i.e. geometry and trigonometry, blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
• This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
