This role is responsible for developing and communicating work scopes for planned corrective and preventative maintenance tasks that involve multiple crafts. The Facilities Planner I will work with craft supervisors to identify contract support as needed, and is responsible for the accuracy of job plans and tasks in the CMMS database, including planned versus actual labor and materials. This position identifies vendor resources and delivery capabilities for parts and materials, and ensures that PMs are issued, tracked, and completed per compliance requirements. The Facilities Planner I will develop, maintain, and publish reports for planning and scheduling activities, perform resource leveling for maintenance activities, and develop and maintain business processes related to the job function. Adherence to all applicable procedures, cGMPs, company policies, and any other quality or regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, DEA, FDA, EMEA, ANVISA, HS&E) is mandatory. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor to support the normal operations of the client site. Accurate coordination between the various maintenance groups and facility supervisors/managers is essential.
