About The Position

A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to support daily facility operations, vendor coordination, and process organization within its Seattle office while focusing on maintaining smooth facility operations, managing vendor activity tracking, and improving internal organization and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in facilities operations or facilities coordination roles.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance activities, and onsite facility services.
  • Experience building and maintaining tracking systems, logs, and operational documentation.
  • Knowledge of facilities operations industry best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Facility management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure efficient and uninterrupted workplace functionality.
  • Coordinate with onsite vendors and service providers, maintain vendor relationships, and track vendor activities, schedules, and service completion through organized tracking systems and logs.
  • Build, manage, and maintain facilities and operations tracking systems, internal documentation, and organizational processes to improve workflow efficiency and operational visibility.
  • Organize and streamline internal folders, records, and facility-related processes while supporting operational improvements and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, troubleshoot operational issues, and support facility needs outside of standard business hours when required.
