About The Position

Trillium Brewing Company is seeking an experienced, full-time Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across a multi-unit environment. The role includes equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of minor equipment. The position is based in Canton, Massachusetts, and supports a rapidly expanding, family-run brewery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a facilities-related position.
• Ability to read and understand complex electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to perform manual labor on short timelines.
• Ability to work in a team environment and identify common goals.
• Good analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and frequently walk between locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facility operations across multiple locations.
• Perform planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results.
• Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary.
• Conduct equipment audits and keep detailed records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
