The Facilities and Maintenance Manager will lead teams in up to 4 FCs and DCs within the URBN Logistics Network. A background in Leadership with automated manufacturing, distribution, Sortation, ASRS, and conveyance is required. They will ensure all Maintenance Management programs and standards are sustained for all assigned sites by ensuring contractual obligations are completed to the statement of work, the MHE system availability, MEP improvements, and researching root causes analysis for all downtime. Additionally, they may also lead Supervisors of other sites who are responsible for the installation, repair, and upkeep of the facilities including Building Automation Systems, HVAC, building lighting, grounds keeping, safety enhancements, facility appearance, and MHE and MEP utilizing URBN’s Computerized Maintenance Management Software.
