Associa is hiring a Facilities Manager to support its HOA community in Lake Frederick. The Facilities Manager will source and manage all maintenance contacts, contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure the community is well maintained and cared for. The Facilities Manager oversees the facilities and grounds common areas to ensure everything is in working order and well maintained. To evaluate problematic systems and determine what repairs needs to be performed. Responsible for facilities overall maintenance, safety and aesthetically, evaluations and accident investigation as well as filing reports. Assist with creating scope of work and coordinating with General Manager/Engineers and with building or complex management, also includes ensuring vendor work performed meets safety requirements, and all work follows the scope of work, per contract. This position is also responsible for in-office support for administering the collection and compilation of information for billing. Issuing, scheduling, processing and tracking the completion of work orders. At times, this job may require the Facilities Manager to be on call to respond to emergency maintenance situations. The Facilities Manager may be expected to have some experience in handiwork, including electrical, heating and cooling, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. These jobs are delegated by the Facilities Manager.
