At the heart of Genesis House is the Korean philosophy of Son-nim, which means treating every visitor as an honored guest with warmth, respect, and gracious hospitality at every touchpoint. The Facilities Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for all aspects of building operations, maintenance, and vendor services at Genesis House. This role works in close partnership with the Executive Producer to ensure the facility operates seamlessly, safely, and at the highest standards, supporting elevated guest experiences and complex event programming. This position oversees daily facilities operations, driving efficiency, regulatory compliance, and premium presentation standards across all spaces. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repair and lifecycle planning, safety and risk management, budget oversight, and vendor management. The Facilities Manager ensures all systems and operations consistently meet or exceed local, state, and federal requirements while maintaining a refined, luxury environment for guests, clients, and staff.
