About The Position

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager for a client, a premier financial institution to support retail branch locations in Westchester/Rockland County Markets. The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for assigned sites and provide leadership and direction to a team of highly skilled staff in delivering facilities management services in a retail environment. This position is responsible for achieving the expected level of service delivery as described in the Service Level Agreements and measured by Key Performance Indicators. This role will work closely in assisting the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team with the delivery of quality facility management services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis.
  • 5+ years of facilities or property management experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Proven supervisory and organizational ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, MS SharePoint, PRISM, and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Travel to branch locations required.
  • Must be based in New York with the ability to travel up to 25% annually
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute strategic operational direction for maintenance teams aligned with client goals across NY state portfolio
  • Monitor preventive maintenance programs and inspect buildings routinely to ensure highest quality service standards
  • Develop innovative programs and processes to reduce operating costs and increase productivity in collaboration with Facility Management Lead
  • Lead site incident investigations using structured problem-solving to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets through close client interface
  • Manage third-party contractors and vendors, including procurement, PO issuance, invoice validation, and performance supervision
  • Serve as primary client interface, conducting facility tours and collaborating to ensure service delivery meets expectations
  • Support Regional Manager in bidding contracts for maintenance services and implementing short/long-term projects
  • Provide matrix management of technical and administrative staff across multiple facilities with different functionalities
  • Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements for client stakeholders
