About The Position

Koniag IT Services LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Facilities Manager with a Top-Secret security clearance to support our government customer at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. Koniag IT Services, LLC is seeking a qualified On-Site Program and Facilities Manager to contribute to successful facilities operations at a government facility. This key personnel position requires expertise in facilities management and operations to ensure all facilities-related requirements are met efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities and serving as a point of contact for facility-related matters.

Requirements

  • Top Secret-level security clearance (must hold clearance at time of hire)
  • Demonstrated experience with operations in U.S. Government facilities
  • Experience with development, maintenance, and reporting of facility and service metrics
  • Excellent organizational skills to conduct multiple maintenance activities simultaneously
  • Ability to identify facility deficiencies
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with government personnel and contractor staff
  • Knowledge of facilities systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security
  • Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in facilities management or related fields
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
  • Background in building automation systems
  • Understanding of physical security requirements for government facilities
  • Experience coordinating maintenance in secure facilities with clearance requirements
  • Previous work in military or other government installations

Responsibilities

  • Input, coordinate, track, and close out service calls for corrective action
  • Provide monthly service call reports and weekly status reports of all service calls/work orders to the COR
  • Coordinate with the Government regarding any known or unknown event that may affect operations
  • Provide coordination and escort for any uncleared individuals performing maintenance or repairs within the building
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure proper contract administration, including management of personnel requirements and employee appearance/uniform standards
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required
  • Be available on-site during normal duty hours
  • Remain reachable by cell phone and email after normal duty hours
