As our Facilities Manager you will play a key role and be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of three sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-performing facilities, security, and utilities that support organizational goals. This position oversees all building operations, preventive maintenance, assists with capital projects, vendor and contractor management, manages OPEX budgets, while leading on-site teams and driving operational efficiency. The role also partners closely with executive leadership to align facilities strategy with business objectives, manage risk and emergency preparedness, improve sustainability and space utilization, and enhance the overall workplace experience, requiring strong technical expertise, financial acumen, and leadership capability.
