As the Facilities Manager, Americas Field Offices, you will manage facilities operations for Proofpoint’s Americas region. You will oversee multiple field offices and directly manage Office Managers while coordinating with vendors, landlords, and service providers who deliver office services and facility support that keep our locations operating safely and effectively. As a successful facilities professional, you will demonstrate strong operational leadership, the ability to influence and coordinate remote teams and external partners, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role requires the ability to think critically, solve problems without explicit instruction, and proactively identify and implement solutions in a fast‑paced, distributed environment.
