The Seattle Office of Arts & Culture (OAC) manages the City’s public art program, cultural partnerships & grants programs, the King Street Station (KSS) gallery, the Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute (LHPAI), and The Creative Advantage initiative. Our mission is to foster a city driven by creativity and ensure everyone has opportunities to engage in diverse arts and cultural experiences. In alignment with the City’s Race and Social Justice Initiative, we work to eliminate institutional racism in our programs, policies, and practices. The Facilities Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for OAC’s facilities management, long-range planning, and building administration. You will supervise the OAC Facilities team, which supports offices, galleries, event areas, and community spaces at OAC-managed facilities, including LHPAI and KSS. You will help ensure our spaces are safe, welcoming, inclusive, and ready for the community.
