About The Position

XMSTART is looking to add an experienced and detail-oriented full-time Facilities Support Specialist to our team in Arlington, VA . This position is 100% onsite. The successful candidate will provide support that encompasses feasibility analysis, logistics planning, requirements identification, cost analysis, implementation of efficiencies, development of policy standards and procedures, long-term reliability and maintainability, as well as asset management.

Requirements

• Security Clearance Requirements: SECRET
• Education: BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position
• Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in related field

• Proven experience in managing facilities and infrastructure within private or public sector organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough feasibility analyses to assess potential projects and initiatives comprehensively.
• Engage in meticulous logistics planning to ensure that all resources are optimally allocated and managed throughout the lifecycle of the program.
• Determining precise requirements that align with project objectives, taking into account various factors such as technical specifications and operational needs.
• Developing budgets that reflect both the financial and strategic goals of the program.
• Implementation of efficiencies, striving to optimize processes and reduce waste wherever possible.
• Development of policy standards and procedures that foster a consistent and effective approach to facilities management within the organization.
• Prioritize long-term reliability and maintainability to ensure that all systems and facilities remain functional and effective over time.
• Oversee asset management lifecycle, ensuring they are utilized to their fullest potential and maintained to the highest standards.
• Supporting the strategic goals of the JPO and ensuring operational readiness.
