About The Position

Penske Automotive Group is looking for a motivated and hard-working Facilities Representative to join our team, supporting dealerships throughout our Orange County Market! This is a hands-on facilities maintenance position supporting multiple Penske Automotive Group dealerships throughout the Orange County Market. Responsibilities include a variety of general commercial building maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, minor carpentry, and other facility-related needs. A company vehicle will be provided for travel between dealership locations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial building maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with general building maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, minor carpentry, and other general facility maintenance tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and address routine building and equipment maintenance needs.
• Ability to travel between dealership locations throughout the Orange County Market.
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Friendliness, enthusiasm and reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• High School graduate.
• Previous maintenance experience.
• Strong ability for on the job training.
• Must be certified in both Electrical and HVAC repair
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Certification of taking a 20 Hour OSHA class
• Fork Lift certification
• Aerial Lift Certification

Nice To Haves

• General Construction background desired.
• Associates degree or equivalent; and three to five year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Automotive dealership facility experience.
• Electrical and electronic principles.
• Blueprint and electrical schematic reading.

Responsibilities

• Providing general building maintenance and supporting the repair and replacement of dealership equipment to help ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and operating at their best.
• Performing a variety of general commercial building maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, minor carpentry, and other facility-related needs.
• Maintaining world-class facilities in accordance with PAG standards.
• Providing an unparalleled level of quality and attention to detail when performing general building, grounds and facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and minor carpentry work.
• Supporting multiple dealership locations throughout Orange County and responding to facility maintenance needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Performing duties in a timely, courteous and professional manner that reflects the dealership and PAG values.
• Establishing personal performance goals that are consistent with the organizations standards of productivity and devising a strategy to meet those goals.
• Defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Processing data and organizing it for management analysis.
