About The Position
White's Honda Toyota of Lima is looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for helping maintain our dealership facilities, coordinating repairs, and ensuring our property remains clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and general handyman work.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical work as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities
- Perform general building and property maintenance and basic repairs.
- Complete routine maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
- Identify maintenance needs and recommend repairs or improvements.
- Coordinate larger repair projects with preferred vendors.
- Obtain quotes for maintenance and improvement projects.
- Schedule repairs and maintenance with vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors before, during, and after projects.
- Follow up on project completion and manage punch lists to ensure work meets expectations.
- Maintain strong working relationships with preferred vendors.
- Help ensure the dealership grounds and facilities present a clean, professional appearance.
