Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3 years of experience in a comparable position
  • Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate maintenance in multiple facilities
  • Attention to detail and concerned with safety
  • Appreciation for medical products
  • Computer/data entry skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to read technical specifications, blueprints, and drawings

Responsibilities

  • Perform Preventative Maintenance procedures and accurately complete paperwork
  • Maintain all facilities to both internal and external safety procedures and standards
  • Perform facilities maintenance per request
  • Identify and maintain store levels of consumable maintenance items
  • Coordinate and support office moves, reconfigurations, painting, etc.
  • Support contractors performing tasks within the facilities
  • Ensure contractors follow safety and cGMP standards
  • Regular and predictable work performance
  • Ability to work under fast-paced conditions
  • Ability to make decisions and use good judgment
  • Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required
  • Ability to successfully work with others
  • Additional duties as assigned
