About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time position involves a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are in excellent working order. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable working with limited supervision, and proficient with technology. Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC/R systems, cooking equipment, plumbing, and performing various repairs such as floor tile, Sheetrock, painting, and doors.
Requirements
- Must be a self-starter and able to work effectively with limited supervision.
- Must be able to use a tablet, smartphone, and laptop.
- Must be able to use CMMS software.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Must have EPA certification or be willing to obtain it soon after hire.
- Must be available for on-call duties on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to travel to Tennessee occasionally.
Nice To Haves
- Previous QSR experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on HVAC/R systems, cooking equipment, and plumbing.
- Conduct facility maintenance tasks including floor tile repair/replacement, Sheetrock repair, painting, and door repair.
- Utilize tablets, smartphones, and laptops for work-related tasks, including CMMS software.
- Be available for on-call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel to Tennessee occasionally for work-related purposes.
