About The Position

The Facilities Representative is responsible for maintaining building maintenance and services, repair/replacement of dealership equipment to ensure maximum production of the dealership. This role ensures our world-class facility is maintained in accordance with PAG standards and provides an unparalleled level of quality and attention to detail when performing routine grounds and building maintenance. Duties are performed in a timely, courteous, professional manner that reflects the dealership and PAG values.

High School graduate
Previous maintenance experience
Strong ability for on the job training
Must be certified in both Electrical and HVAC repair
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Certification of taking a 20 Hour OSHA class
Fork Lift certification
Aerial Lift Certification

Nice To Haves

General Construction background desired
Associates degree or equivalent; and three to five year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Automotive dealership facility experience
Electrical and electronic principles
Blueprint and electrical schematic reading
