Requirements

  • Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
  • 5 plus years of general maintenance experience.
  • Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred, especially HVAC, Carpentry, or Electrical.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including work order systems and email.
  • Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
  • Personal hand tools.
  • Must be able to pass a background check as well as a Drug Screen.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to the client.
  • Perform repairs and troubleshooting for the facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
  • Minor HVAC PMs; replace filters.
  • Replace door locks and hardware.
  • Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
  • Oversee sub-contractor activity, building audits, and PMs.
  • Small project work.
  • Utilize CMMS work order system.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
