Requirements
- Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
- 5 plus years of general maintenance experience.
- Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred, especially HVAC, Carpentry, or Electrical.
- Basic computer knowledge, including work order systems and email.
- Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
- Personal hand tools.
- Must be able to pass a background check as well as a Drug Screen.
- Valid Driver's License.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to the client.
- Perform repairs and troubleshooting for the facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
- Minor HVAC PMs; replace filters.
- Replace door locks and hardware.
- Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
- Oversee sub-contractor activity, building audits, and PMs.
- Small project work.
- Utilize CMMS work order system.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Weekly pay - $24.00 - $27.00/hour, dependent on your experience and skills.
