About The Position

Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking a first-shift Facilities Maintenance Technician I in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role supports timely, high-quality facility services by troubleshooting and repairing facility systems, performing minor electrical troubleshooting and HVAC preventive maintenance, maintaining building fixtures and interiors, assisting with equipment installation and repairs, and helping with landscaping and exterior upkeep. The technician may drive company vehicles for tasks such as snow removal and material pickup and will use a CMMS work order system. The position pays $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of related experience, or a combination of experience and schooling.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to complete required safety classes and work safely.
• Ability to pass the required background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

• Additional schooling beyond a high school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with CMMS software.
• Personal hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
• Perform repairs and troubleshoot facility systems.
• Perform minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems and circuits.
• Perform minor HVAC preventive maintenance, including replacing filters as needed.
• Replace door locks and hardware.
• Repair and maintain floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, paint, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Help install and repair equipment.
• Assist with landscaping and exterior upkeep as needed.
• Drive company vehicles for miscellaneous tasks, including snow removal and material pickup.
• Use the CMMS work order system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
