About The Position
The primary purpose of this position is to provide furniture installation, inspection, repairs and removal; public area safety inspections; furniture and material deliveries; completion of work orders; recycling; escorting contractors; maintaining accurate and complete records; and operating vehicles that perform a variety of tasks.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position’s role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis
- Degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
Nice To Haves
- At least one year experience in a variety of duties associated with building maintenance
- Valid NC drivers license
- Forklift operators certification
- Previous work in college or university
