About The Position

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance operations to ensure the safe, compliant, and reliable performance of critical manufacturing and facility systems supporting cell therapy production in Tarzana, CA. The role supports uninterrupted operations, cleanroom conditions, and chain-of-identity and chain-of-custody controls in a patient-centric, highly regulated environment. It applies reliability engineering principles to daily maintenance execution, with a focus on eliminating repeat failures, reducing unplanned downtime, and improving asset lifecycle performance under FDA expectations and advanced therapies guidelines.
