As the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day facility operations and guide a team of maintenance technicians. You will ensure all building systems—from HVAC to electrical to safety systems—are operating reliably and safely. Your leadership will directly influence our productivity, safety, and overall facility performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 7 years of facilities maintenance experience.
3–5 years of supervisory or team lead experience required.
Strong working knowledge of facilities management, system operations, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong problem‑solver with the ability to think creatively and implement approved solutions.
Ability to drive performance improvements with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
Skilled at developing meaningful facility performance metrics and optimizing technician workflows.
Comfortable influencing across departments, including peers and management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

a two‑year degree or college coursework preferred
Experience with systems such as scrubbed exhaust, wastewater treatment, PCW chillers, air handlers, EHS, and life‑safety systems is highly preferred.
Experience developing maintenance procedures and technical specifications.
experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support the daily work of maintenance technicians, ensuring tasks are completed safely and to a high standard.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to develop team members’ technical and professional skills.
Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance tasks to maximize efficiency and equipment uptime.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Prioritize repairs, facility improvements, and system upgrades.
Coordinate contractors and vendors for specialized work and oversee project timelines.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory and building code requirements.
Monitor building system performance and energy efficiency using Building Management Systems (BMS).
Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
Communicate with building occupants and internal teams regarding maintenance updates and requests.
Provide status updates on maintenance projects, repairs, and equipment performance.
Support other facility needs as assigned.
