About The Position

Easton Town Center is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, support a skilled team of technicians, and help ensure Easton continues to deliver a first-class experience for tenants, guests, and visitors. This role serves as a working leader responsible for directing day-to-day maintenance activities while coaching and supporting a team of Facilities Maintenance Technicians. The supervisor will troubleshoot and support a variety of building systems, drive operational excellence, and promote safety and service.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three or more years of facilities maintenance experience in commercial, retail, campus, or large-scale environments.
Previous supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience.
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
Experience using Microsoft Office and computerized work order systems.

Nice To Haves

Experience in mixed-use, retail, hospitality, or campus environments.
Trade school education or technical training.
Experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS).

Responsibilities

Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily work through the maintenance work order system.
Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to Facilities Maintenance Technicians.
Support employee development through training, feedback, and performance management.
Help coordinate staffing, shift coverage, and workload balancing.
Troubleshoot and support a variety of building systems, including HVAC, BAS, lighting and electrical, plumbing, doors and hardware, parking garages, common areas, and interior/exterior finishes.
Diagnose issues and implement practical solutions to keep facilities operating efficiently.
Support and execute preventative maintenance programs.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, repair logs, and reports.
Utilize work order and maintenance management systems effectively.
Monitor parts and supply inventories and coordinate replenishment.
Provide input on budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Identify and address unsafe conditions.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in safe working order.
