About The Position

Easton Town Center is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, support a skilled team of technicians, and help ensure Easton continues to deliver a first-class experience for tenants, guests, and visitors. This role serves as a working leader responsible for directing day-to-day maintenance activities while coaching and supporting a team of Facilities Maintenance Technicians. The supervisor will troubleshoot and support a variety of building systems, drive operational excellence, and promote safety and service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three or more years of facilities maintenance experience in commercial, retail, campus, or large-scale environments.
  • Previous supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and computerized work order systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in mixed-use, retail, hospitality, or campus environments.
  • Trade school education or technical training.
  • Experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS).

Responsibilities

  • Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily work through the maintenance work order system.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to Facilities Maintenance Technicians.
  • Support employee development through training, feedback, and performance management.
  • Help coordinate staffing, shift coverage, and workload balancing.
  • Troubleshoot and support a variety of building systems, including HVAC, BAS, lighting and electrical, plumbing, doors and hardware, parking garages, common areas, and interior/exterior finishes.
  • Diagnose issues and implement practical solutions to keep facilities operating efficiently.
  • Support and execute preventative maintenance programs.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, repair logs, and reports.
  • Utilize work order and maintenance management systems effectively.
  • Monitor parts and supply inventories and coordinate replenishment.
  • Provide input on budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
  • Identify and address unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in safe working order.
